Bullock Farm takes your privacy very seriously. When we ask you to provide us with personal information, it will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) by:

  • Storing it (and destroying it) securely and by not collecting excessive amounts of data.
  • We will never share your personal information with any person or organisation unless required to by law or we have your permission.
  • We retain customer data for a minimum period of 7 years for accounting purposes. We may retain information for longer periods in certain circumstances eg if you have behaved badly or inappropriately and we do not wish you to return.

c. For the purpose of booking a stay in our holiday cottages
d. For the purpose of returning a security deposit to you at the end of your cottage holiday via bank transfer
e. For the purpose of booking a stay on our campsite
f. For the purpose of booking a fishing match
g. Fire safety regulations
h. In the event of an emergency
i. For the purpose of allowing a concessionary rate
j. To identify you as a fishing season ticket holder

k. To comply with the Government's 'Track & Trace' system relating to Covid-19
