'Tiffin at the Farm'
The Tiffin team invite you to visit them here at the farm where they've created a special place to visit with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They serve up farmhouse kitchen style food championing local produce - we can heartily recommend their Sunday roast during the summer months (bookings advisable) and breakfast is a treat not to be missed!
Many of you will know them from the lovely ‘Tiffin at the Beach’ in Clevedon where they have built up an excellent reputation for their fabulous food and great customer service over the last few years. If you don’t already know them, you are in for a treat!
There's plenty of seating along with a takeaway service in our tranquil garden area. For up to date information follow this link to their website with their opening hours and to get your mouth watering in anticipation: Tiffin Cafe at Bullock Farm or you can call them on 01934 833125.
Car Park
We have a large tarmac-surfaced car park with ample space alongside the lakes. You can also park alongside a large proportion of the swims on Rushcombe Lake.
Toilets/Showers
Toilet facilities for the lakes and café are located in the fishing car park alongside Tiffin Cafe. Both Ladies and Gents facilities have a toilet, two handbasins (and a shower and electric shaver point for our campers). All showers and taps have lever controls for ease of use and there are hygienic automatic hand driers. There is a disabled toilet with with ramp, hand rail, lever tap, etc.
For our campers only: we also have a shower and toilet block in the campsite which has three shower rooms with toilets, wash-hand basins, disabled facilities and a washing up area.
Please leave the facilities as you would wish to find them.
When not in use, please hook the doors open to allow good air flow.
Pathways
There are hard pathways around all the lakes to each swim.

We are pleased to welcome disabled visitors and offer the following:
Level access to a proportion of the swims, particularly on Rushcombe Lake.
