Bullock Farm takes your privacy very seriously. When we ask you to provide us with personal information, it will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) by:
- Keeping personal data up to date
- Storing it (and destroying it) securely and by not collecting excessive amounts of data.
- We will never share your personal information with any person or organisation unless required to by law or we have your permission.
- We retain customer data for a minimum period of 7 years for accounting purposes. We may retain information for longer periods in certain circumstances eg if you have behaved badly or inappropriately and we do not wish you to return.

d. For the purpose of returning a security deposit to you at the end of your cottage holiday via bank transfer
e. For the purpose of booking a stay on our campsite

5. Online Campsite Bookings
When making an online payment via your debit or credit card to book a pitch on our campsite, your card details are transmitted to our third-party payment processor STRIPE for authorisation and charging.
We do not hold any form of card details in our own booking system.
If you opt to save your card details for future use, a secure token is stored by STRIPE to enable this. All transactions require 3D Secure so you may be asked security questions from your bank before checking out online.
6. Our website
a. Cookies: when you visit www.bullockfarm.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, whether you are a return visitor to this site and to track the pages that you visit during your session. It helps us to find out what most of our visitors like reading about – or not! This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Information about Google’s policies can be found at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer. You can opt out of cookies collected by Google Analytics by visiting the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (requires you to install a browser add-on).
b. Our website may contain links to other websites or applications. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such websites or applications therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should read the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
7. Social Media
a. Facebook: If you ‘like’ or ‘follow’ us on Facebook then you will automatically receive our posts. You can ‘unlike’ or ‘unfollow’ us at any time
b. Twitter: If you ‘follow’ us on X (formerly Twitter) then you will automatically receive our posts. You can ‘unfollow’ us at any time.
c. Instagram: If you ‘follow’ us on Instagram then you will automatically receive our posts. You can ‘unfollow’ us at any time.
