Campsite
The
location...
Kingston
Seymour is a picturesque village on the coast between Clevedon and Weston super
Mare currently holding the title of Best Kept Small Village in the county of
North Somerset and also Overall Best Kept Small Village in the Avonside
area. Set in this lovely rural, countryside location on a former working farm, our
Campsite is situated just 4.5 miles from Junction 20 of the M5 motorway at
Clevedon.
The
Campsite...
Our
2-acre campsite can accommodate caravans, motorhomes, tents and trailer tents and is set in our
12-acre field adjacent to our well established fishing lakes, recently
voted in the top 50 fisheries in the UK by the Angler’s Mail & the top 100
by the Angling
Times. We offer usual facilities of drinking water and chemical disposal point
and our newly refurbished showers and toilets are are situated in the
fishing car park.
Refreshments are available daily from our on-site café. We do
not have electric hook ups at the moment but plan to install these later this
season - please keep an eye on our
news page for details.
In wet weather...
In times of wet weather,
please keep motor vehicles, particularly motor homes, to the hard road.
It's best to stop in the car park - before the Campsite sign - and check
conditions before you drive onto the field. If you are in any
doubt, please call us on 01934 835020 as we do not have towing facilities to pull
you out if you get stuck. We are planning to improve the roadway into and
around the campsite over the next few weeks which will mean easy access all year
round.
This work is planned to take place during week commencing 1st June 2009 so we'd
like to apologise in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause.
We're sure the end result will be worth it!
